UNINET 88 CP is a low misting neat cutting oil developed to meet the heavy duty demanding machining processes such as deep hole drilling, threading, tapping, milling, gear shaping, hobbing and broaching. It is blended with a proprietary high polarity additive that forms a thermally stable boundary lubricating film on the metal surfaces. UNINET 88 CP exhibits high synergistic Anti-Wear effects when combined with our proprietary sulfurized EP additives.
UNINET 88 CP complies with the ROHS requirement and is relatively light in color so as to enable the users to observe the highly precision machining operation expected of this product. This product is suitable for machining ferrous metals only and should not be used on ‘yellow’ metals.

BESTCOAT DWF A12 is a solvent-based, water displacing fluid that results in thin, waxy film rust preventive compound offering exceptional salt spray protection to protective fluid. BESTCOAT DWF A12 works by displacing water from the metal and creating a protective barrier between the metal and the atmosphere. It offers medium-term protection of ferrous and aluminum alloy components during storage and transit and is particularly suitable for protection of highly machined precision parts where heavy films are not desirable.
Depending on the size or type of work piece to be treated, BESTCOAT DWF A12 is recommended to be applied by dipping or brushing. The thin oily film does not hamper with subsequent machining operations.

BESTCHEM WR BL 18 is formulated using a wax / polymer combination fortified with anti-rust and lubricity agents for reduced wear, rust and corrosion. It easy penetrates the strands and cores of wire ropes and contains thixotropic agents to prevent fling off. They will maximize rope life and promote safe working conditions. The products form a tenacious oil film that protects the wire rope from water or salt spray plus humid environments. Because of their grease or gel like nature they can be used at very low temperatures down to –30 ºC. They will tend to become fluid at typically 70 ºC

BESTCHEM UNINET 222 is formulated for use in applications where sulfurized extreme-pressure additive is desired but yellow metal compatibility is also necessary. This cutting oil is developed for universal applications, turning, parting, drilling, tapping, threading etc with improved load carrying capacity. It is suitable for machining ferrous metals like free cutting steel and also nonferrous metals like aluminium, brass and copper.
